Any suggestions? If you have enough space on the linux box a possibility would be to use Rsync or some other mirroring tool to copy the contents of the FreeBSD box to the Linux box's HD. If your primary concern is data and config files this is a good solution (if you have the HD space to hold the data). This method would also save you space on the tapes and make it easy to get to your data in case of crash on the FreeBSD box. You can also backup some of the important/config files from the Linux box to the FreeBSD box.
