As far as I know, you can use Microsoft Windows.

The problem isn't with burncd, though; it's with the cd9660 file system.

Actually, it's not really a *problem* with the cd9660 file system, which
is operating as expected since it handles an ISO 9660 file system just
fine, but the multisession stuff is an extension, and reading a
multisession CD isn't supported . . .

But I'm no expert; I could be totally wrong about the lack of support. 
"man mount_cd9660", for example, doesn't discuss the issue at all.
