Ever since upgrading to 4.7 (It actually may have started just before upgrading to 4.7), I get very long timeouts when connecting to a server via ssh unless I have a host name that resolves, or put my ip address in /etc/hosts. It's not a huge deal, but I figured I'd let you guys know... It happens on all three machines I've recently upgraded.
