Hi All,

Can a combined DNS, DHCP and also WINS (Windows Internet Name Resolution
/ NetBIOS name resolution) protocol support possible using a FreeBSD.

We have a big LAN and some UNIX applications which understand only
WINS/NetBIOS name resolution to find IP addresses of the client systems.
It is planned that every department would have it's own DNS/DHCP and
WINS server.

I would hate to say that only Windows NT would possibly do this. I
looked at the ports collection but there is't much on NetBIOS.

Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Prashant.
