It depends on what your needs are. No system rates 10's across the
board in my book. The problem is whether the 2's interfere. If they
do, you made a bad choice. I think FreeBSD is a more mature system and
has better control in the committment process. Anyone can suggest a
change but "the" expert has to make the change. I think that is very
important.
