Sorry, not http but ftp. Patches for 2.1.5-RELEASE and 2.2-961014-SNAP
(applicable to FreeBSD-current with subtle change) are available.

After intensive tests by several testers, this driver is quite stable
and should replace current vx driver, which is a font of
troubles. Could someone commit it to FreeBSD-2.2-RELEASE and
FreeBSD-stable branches?
