Synopsis: inconsistencies in locally generated INDEX file

State-Changed-From-To: analyzed->suspended
State-Changed-By: crees
State-Changed-When: Wed Dec 21 18:17:23 UTC 2011
State-Changed-Why:
This appears to be a systemic issue, which can't be corrected with ad-hoc
patches to ports. The best workaround to this as it seems is to use slave ports
where possible, rather than PAPERSIZE in make.conf.
