I think the casual fingers were all that this commit was intended to
address.  The person requesting it is doing automated installs in some
sort of "production line" environment and merely wants to keep curious
fingers from typing random shell commands at the HoloShell prompt.
Since the install is scripted, they're already locked out of all the
menus and such.
