Once you remove it from -current, it'll be in the Attic for the rest of
it's life, even if you 'bring it back' from the dead.  It'll still exist
in the attic, although it's valid.

(The most common occurance for this is when the HEAD has deleted it
while the branches are still using the file.  It's still valid in the
branches while it lives in the Attic...)

It wasn't necessary, but it doesn't hurt.  Although, it may confuse CVS
if someone tries to check it out at a time where it was 'removed'.
