It looks like man pages have not been generated for man.cgi.

For example this:

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=3Dgmultipath&sektion=3D8&manpath=
=3DFreeBSD+7.0-current

doesn't find the page, and is referenced in=20
http://www.freebsd.org/relnotes/CURRENT/relnotes/new.html.

Are the man pages generated manually?
