	I don't know what response the SCSI tape driver is returning. It seems
that the install program tries to access the tape drive, fails, and decides
that an installation tape is not present. I would prefer not to make
everyone wait longer, thus I suggested that maybe an extra time delay could
be added to the start of the install program.  Your suggestion sounds good;
I just don't know if there is enough time to implement and test it prior to
releasing 4.0. Or if the install program could somehow recognize that a
tape is present but isn't yet ready, that would be even better.
