This effect is random, but I can't reproduce it with very old kernel,
so either latest or previous patches set is under question.

As I say old kernel seems working. At this moment I also know workaround
for -current: when I comment out 
options         AHC_SCBPAGING_ENABLE
latest kernel works too. So something wrong with SCB paging code.
