Yet more especially about 'comcontrol' name. Drainwait in general have no 
strict relation to 'COMs' only although was implementeed for them initially.
It is related to 'TTYs' (I see hanging connections on TCP links), so must
be controlled from program which control general ttys, i.e. stty
