yes , i'd try add in /etc/ppp/options

proxyarp

in this case netstat shows me that ppp0 device also have phisical address -
it's address of my network card.

what information gives ifconfig ppp0 ?
what is a meaning of
ppp0 .....................................
inet 192.168.0.15 ->  192.168.0.12
where is 192.168.0.15 is an IP of server & 192.168.0.12 is na IP assigned to
the ppp-client .....
