ROTFL :-) :-) :-)

I think that law was _automatically_ cancelled when Mandela was sworn in.
Anyway the arms embargo against ZA was lifted, and articles of death/war
may legally be {im|ex}ported to/from here now, so Spice should not be a
problem.

The only illegal ammunition now is crypto code (dig, dig) :-).
