That's not clear to me; if you go to 4.1-stable, you have those files
automatically, don't you?

Did you try to upgrade the port? The bsdi-netscape ports seem to have 
changed on 08/08 last time (cvsup from 08/20). If you have older ones,
it might cause the error.
