dbmail-imapd and dbmail-pop3d no longer daemonize and instead exit on signal 11, not tested other apps in the port.

Environment is a newly upgraded 8.0=>8.1 using cvs and generic kernel with all ports rebuilt.
>How-To-Repeat:
Starting the app using /usr/local/etc/rc.d/dbmail-imapd start
The command line dbmail-imapd appears to start and shows debug info when using the -v verbose switch and immediatly exits with segfault 11
Using the new -D option causes a segfault.
