GALLIUM is the KMS support for AMD/ATi GPUs and has nothing to do with the
Intel driver. I suspect that they may co-exist, but they really have
nothing to do with one another as only the kernel module needed by the
system's GPU will be loaded. I suppose that both might be needed on an
Intel GPU system with an AMD add-on graphics card.

The GALLIUM module must be built with recent clang, so WITH_GALLIUM will,
indeed, require llvm33 and clang33. Tei is not an issue on  10.0 or head,
but is on 9.2 and 9-stable.
