I committed the ukulele bit.  As I mentioned in the commit log, the
reasoning behind this was:

  "Ukulele" is the canonical term, with "ukelele" being a derivation.
  Also there is some evidence that the original appearance of the quote
  had the spelling "ukulele", although anyone who has a copy of Esquire
  from March 1967 is welcome to prove me wrong.

although I was very tempted to leave it.

I don't see this as an MFC candidate, so I'm closing the PR.
