If you have images in two tabs and you switch back and forth, you
get a freeze each time you switch tabs.

That concerns a problem with the globalmenu extension, which Debian
includes by default (but we don't).  And USN-1729-1 references a
bunch of problems that all affect "Mozilla Firefox before 19.0",
and the recommended fix is to update to Firefox 19.
