I used the Wyse-60 from about 1987 till about 1993 (when the last one
finally "exploded"), and *never* got handshaking to work properly (on
SVR3.0.e and SVR4.2.1). Final solution was just to adjust speeds,
and use a little null padding here and there...

I have been told that this terminal *does* respond properly by other
users (at Microport for instance - you may want to contact them if
they are still in business) - but I've never actually *seen* it with my own
eyes. If you *do* get it to work, you should post it for the countless
others who have gone through this!

One other thing: check the manufacture date on the back: my
understanding is that they made a series of fairly major design
changes in 1992 to rid themselves of the "explosions" that killed
all of mine, and that the PROMS went thru some changes too.
If this is correct, then everything I have posted here *may* be void...

I'm fairly sure that it was right, I have tried a couple of different ways..

Server -->stty crtscts settings--> modem ....... modem (default setting &K3 (local flow control to RTS/CTS)-->Wy60

I have tried setting the wyse60 to x-on/x-off, rts/cts, and both;, each time I get a similar printout

Assumptions:
1. printer to terminal, using straight through db25M-M cable and select "both" for handskae protocol.
2. modem on the server is set to rts/cts.

Thanks for the assistance,
Cheers,

Dale
