Unfortunately, currently there is no way to depend on static library.
Also, the nas port/package includes both, so it kinda works.
The "look in wrong directory for executable" is due to user's PATH
not including ${PREFIX}/bin and such. This is reported elsewhere,
some fixes are suggested, and will be tried after the 2.1 release.
