Don't invent net masks.  They need to be the same for all systems on
the net, and 255.255.255.240 is decidely unusual.  The default for net
192.168.0 is 255.255.255.0.  I don't think this is the problem, but
since the originator didn't bother to give any details, I didn't
answer.
