I have sent this to inet-access and I figured that I would also ask here. I was wondering if there were any other ticketing ports/packages/software that I could install as opposed to gnats? I have found gnats to be a nightmare to set up and frankly I'm intimidated:) Anyway, if anyone has any info I'd love to hear it:) thanks, -j "The beatings will continue until morale improves."
