Actually you can't just copy the /usr/src/sys/dev/mpt directory from a RELENG_6 src tree as I suggested previously, you need to update /usr/src/sys/cam too. (This breaks ahb, leave it out of your kernel and don't compile modules) You may find it easier to grab a releng_6 snapshot built in the last two days :-).
