not personally, but it might be an issue (maybe a minor one, ok)
when building the packages.

But so, you mean that there is no block sorting involved in bzip
decompression ? I do not remember the details...

probably i was missing context, i thought the discussion was on
replacing gzip with bzip2 as the standard compession tool (not just
for packages).
