hi folks, recently i encountered the following messages occurring during an outbound connection and an incoming call: Aug 29 17:19:17 kirk /kernel: isppp0: phase establish Aug 29 17:19:20 kirk /kernel: isppp0: phase authenticate Aug 29 17:19:20 kirk /kernel: isppp0: phase network Aug 29 17:19:27 kirk /kernel: i4b-L3-i4b_decode_q931_codeset0: IE ChannelID, SETUP without explicit ChannelID! Aug 29 17:19:31 kirk /kernel: i4b-L3-i4b_decode_q931_codeset0: IE ChannelID, SETUP without explicit ChannelID! Aug 29 17:21:14 kirk /kernel: isppp0: phase terminate Aug 29 17:21:14 kirk /kernel: isppp0: Down event (carrier loss), taking interface down. does anybody have a clue what the two lines containig 'SETUP without explicit ChannelID!' mean and how to avoid them? they show up when an incoming call takes place. i'm running 2.2.6 and i4b0.63/fritz!card. furthermore, when looking at the output of isdnd, there is a message 'incoming alert' after having established the connection to my isp successfully. what does that mean? thanks in advance for any hints, regards, anderl To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-isdn" in the body of the message
