Yes, the bcm driver is not for -stable. This is a FAQ.

Please search the mail archives for pointers to the bfe driver and patches
to it for -stable.

bcm is not being developed - it merged with the bfe driver before the bfe
driver was commited.

Also, these exist for bcm.
