It looks like logcheck-1.2.54 (security/logcheck) also is incompatibe
with bash 4.0. Documentation to come.

Since version 4.0 of bash is noticeably different from previous
version of bash in how it treats scripts, perhaps it would have been
better to give bash 4.0 its own port?
