All the dip switches on my Adaptec 1542CP SCSI are in the factory
default positions, except that the floppy controller on this SCSI board
is turned off. So, the dip switch is set to use Plug and play.

This problem is different from the situation in PR kern/83765 "Adaptec
 1542-CP requires plug-and-play switch setting."

 I now have FreeBSD 5.4-p4.
