Should work ok, the driver has support for luns. But i don't know
if anyone has tested that part already. So welcome beta tester :-).

No sorry, nothing like that is available in the normal distribution.

What do you mean with enhanced SCSI support ? FreeBSD 2.0 works with
the so called FAST SCSI drives without problems. So you can use 5Mb
and 10Mb drives without problems. Should also work with 20Mb/16bit
SCSI busses. But i also don't know if anyone has tested that already.
