According to the RELENG_4 CVS notes for sendmail, 8.11.6 will be included
in 4.4-RELEASE. It was MFC'd 13 days ago. The release notes for 4.4-RC2
state:

sendmail and associated utilities have been upgraded to version 8.11.6.
See /usr/src/contrib/sendmail/RELEASE_NOTES for more information.
