Synopsis: /usr/ports/graphics/libfpx - broken, version not longer available, patch included

State-Changed-Why:
The new "release" 1.2.0.13 offers no changes to the actual
code -- only to the build glue, which is not used by the
port anyway. There is no point in triggering rebuild on
our installations world-wide.

FreeBSD mirrors provide the old distfile.
