The docproj port also suffered from this some time ago. The basic problem was that typing 'make' in the docproj port directory worked, but that making all ports that the docproj depends on *in a different order* broke the compilation of the docproj port. Unfortunately I don't have the details anymore and it happened quite some time ago, but this might explain why some people experience the problem and some don't. It's also a long shot though. Then again the Xfree ports don't have that many dependencies, so that would reduce the chance of something like this happening. Maybe imake is picking up the wrong flags during the build? Doesn't it install the default X flags with which the rest of X is build? --Stijn --=20 The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. Instead of altering their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit their vi= ews =2E.. which can be very uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts = that needs altering. -- Doctor Who, "Face of Evil" --UlVJffcvxoiEqYs2 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQE+BCzbY3r/tLQmfWcRAsH/AKCgy11d2SxKzxy1X/7hdtB/OZvRuACeNKXH 4NgcPMAu+fjpZ5oSA7mFqk4= =zVhf -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --UlVJffcvxoiEqYs2-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
