Grip is only a frontend to various command-line CD audio rippers and MP3
encoders. It doesn't require any of the programs it uses, so you'll need
to install them yourself. Of the programs you mention, bladeenc can be
installed from the ports collection (it's under audio). By paranoia, you
probably mean cdparanoia -- which is a CD audio grabber not yet ported
to FreeBSD. Grip does seem to support grabbers like dagrab and cdda2wav
though, I recommend you try to install (and configure, if they're not
already pre-configured in Grip) those.
