Thanx :)  I think my problem is that I need X installed to run ghostscript.
Actually, I wanted ghostscript so I could print the documentation needed to
figure how to get Xfree86 up and running.  I seem to be having lots of
chicken and egg problems -- even the README for lynx is in html!!
