I just cvsup'ed sources from 3.5-Stable to 4.0-Stable, and it didn't take
that long. Maybe a couple of hours, or so. It was certainly longer than a
normal 3.X to 3.X+1 upgrade, but aren't you more than halfway there by
having 4.0-Release?
