 I can reproduce this. My world source was cvsuped on Fri 1/28 @ ~1:30EST.
Before, it was running code from two weeks ago (1/14). I get the exact
same error message as Jean-Marc.

 All I did was a make buildworld, make installworld, and the only file
I've ever touched in /boot is loader.conf.local.
