I'm hesitant to buy a $200 device that might not work the way I need it ... Actually I hoped that someone who owns such a photo frame could confirm (or deny) that it works. Probably too much to hope for. :-) > > I would like to use this photo frame as a wireless > > information display that would be updated from the FreeBSD > > server once per minute (or similar). But I don't have the space for a PC. I only have space for a display on the wall (the smaller, the better), and a power outlet for the display. There is no space for a PC, and I can't use a cable connection (usb, ethernet, whatever). So I need a display that can be updated wireless from a FreeBSD server that's located in a different room. This bluetooth photo frame seemed like it could do the job, but unless an owner of such a device can confirm, I'm not going to buy it. Best regards Oliver -- Oliver Fromme, secnetix GmbH & Co.
