If I make a FreeBSD slice that begins on cyl 1 for example, and in that slice I make some filesystems this way: rootfs 60Mb starting on cyl 1 swap 100MB usr 500MB home 700MB I supose that the rootf ,where the kernel resides, is in the beggining of the disk, so accessible by the bios right???? So if I partition the disk this way the system will work. Thanks any oppinion... Lenzi.
