In fact, I've spent about 2 hours at seagate.com yesterday trying to find the upgrade, but I couldn't. By any chances you wouldn't have a phone # I can reach someone at seagate, would you? I've emailed them but no reply, at least not yet. Is that how I'm supposed to get it? just email them and wait? I'm not sure what to do as I'm stuck with these drives.
