Hello!

sometimes i see "dummynet" process eating 50% of cpu, but not all the time, at the same values of pps and traffic, how can i help it maybe? 

my rules are:

00040   5684913   4633951201 queue tablearg ip from any to table(80) out via bge1
00050 147394453 116505899626 pipe tablearg ip from any to table(2) out via bge1
00070  36989671  23121793602 pipe 16 ip from table(16) to any in via bge1
00071 192817060  91846274165 pipe 5 ip from not table(16) to any in via bge1

i have about 164 pipes and queues
