Since no one maintains xview, and I don't use it, do you know what
depends on /usr/X11R6/bin/msgfmt?  Maybe we can change the xview port to
install it under a different name.

Alternatively, making sure /usr/local/bin is in your PATH before
/usr/X11R6/bin should workaround the problem.
