  The quickest and dirtiest is

      make TARGET_ARCH=powerpc buildworld buildkernel

  That'll populate /usr/obj/ with the requisite binaries.

  I'm testing some 'make release' stuff submitted by Suleiman Souhlal:
that should get into the tree soon.
