Sure with a bit of work the ISODE snmp works or the cmu snmp stuff.

I have not compiled the ISODE stuff for a while and if I am not
mistaken there is a cmu snmpd floating around for FreeBSD

The ISODE stuff has a nice tcl/tk interface so you can monitor
the network from remote if you like to do that.
