/etc/master.passwd
/etc/group

that should pick it all up.  I'd just back up all of /etc to save yourself
from reconfiguring everything else too.  Actualy, I'd just back up
everything :-)

Tehre is no doubt more.  See section 10.5.9 of the Handbook for the
lowdown on backups.
