You need to at least rebuild:
    o  graphics/libdrm
    o  graphics/libGL
    o  graphics/dri
    o  x11-servers/xorg-server
    o  x11-drivers/xf86-* (only those you need, of course)

"portmaster -a" should handle this correctly.
