Augmented with a crude estimate of ports affected by these breakages
(via grepping INDEX, basically).

Only 7 ports have more than 10 deps, fixing these (for real) might be a
good start. I couldn't find a link to the actual gmake-3.82 update
patch. How do people actually test their changes?
