Somehow you need to get the tarball onto the machine - how you do that
is entirely up to you.  When you've got the source leave it in it's
original form (source.tar.gz) and place it in the "/usr/ports/distfiles"
directory.  After that - hop over into "/usr/ports/whatever/ssh" and run
make install.
