Dear Ports Meisters

Do we need to get back entire history of emacs ports?

If yes, can we rewind this commit?
Would you like to repo-copy as follows?

Repo-copy list:

   editors/emacs20 => editors/emacs21
   editors/leim20  => editors/leim21
